This Chardonnay is fresh and mineral with a clean and crisp palate. With another cooler summer in 22 we have gone with a modern style of making chardonnay and just collecting the free poor juice and fermenting it with oak and the result is vibrant ,clean, crisp and fresh chardonnay characters with length and poise.
